Check your front stabilizer link bars (the vertical bars with tie rods on each end).

This may be obvious, but just in case, do NOT rely solely on a trolley jack (or really any type of jack).

Call the dealer and ask to speak to whomever "solved" the vibration problem. Find out exactly how they solved it. Was a part replaced? etc.

How forthcoming they are with that information ...
