Sorry I removed the first reply which had this in it
Remove large black plastic cover, remove diesel fuel filter and associated metal bracket and then the blue cable can be seen.

When you disconnect the ECU spray some contact cleaner on the pins

The results are a bit ambiguous, it can be the fuse, it can be the wiring, it can be the ECU, it can be the pump.
