I am having my 57 plate HSE to the dealers on the 4th to have the software update. They told me they need the car pretty much the whole day. How come it only took you 30 minutes?

The car will connect to the LAST phone it connected, provided the bloototh is on on said phone. If the last phone connected is not yours, you need to chose it from the menu.
