| Basically, the rubber attached to the shock shouldn't move or twist, it looks like yours is sliding up and down judging by the clean section you can see in the photo, once this has been fixed in place ... |

| Nice to have a cheap easy fix, some people have used something called tiger glue looks a bit like silicone to me but I've never used it. |

| You just need to silicone or glue the rubber back in place, that will stop the knocking, quite a common issue |

For such a vital part I would go OEM, you'll also need idler pulley, tensioner and water pump, and of course the correct anti freeze as you'll loose a bit.

| With the car running can you adjust the fan speed, if not and it's running on on full then it could be an issue with the fan resistor |
