I do using .22 & .17 hmr I use a length of foam 1" pipe insulator pushed onto the window glass to rest gun on, very simple and effective for small calibres.

As well as ventilation dropping the rear windows using this "facility" also stops the buffeting that occurs at some speeds when you drive with front windows down.
