| From previous experience if there is an egr fault logged 9 out of 10 times that's your problem. This is applicable to all makes of car. Such a problematic system. |

| Fuel left in the bottom of the carb drain it off, remove and clean the plug. Has happened every year with mines for as long as I can remember. |

| I didn't go for changing it as it didn't look that old. some prefer to just do it all while in about but access is easy enough to do it in under 30 minutes if you were to do it at a later day. |

If I'm not mistaken the wiring fix inside the tank is for the fuel gauge not the pump but I could be mistaken. Seemingly it causes the gauge to just drop off all of a sudden.

3/4" T Bar and socket on mine, no problem. Try undoing a TD5 one.  = Add 5 foot of scaffolding pipe to said T bar and swing
