Orange and green pulse signal and black should be ground.

Blue and white is CAN LIN can't really change that without sdd.

Drain the fuel filter and check for sediment or just change it if it been on a while.

Voltage isn't really the best of indications when testing battery condition as surface change can throw you off. Use a battery tester they can be picked up for a few quid. It will give you the reading ...
