| When I see someone dismantle and repair something like that I wonder are they really clever or just got the bottle to go for it. Still very good though. |

| I don’t know. The original would start the car and lock it but not unlock it. I have a new fob now, still have the old one just thought it would be my luck that the other one would pack up over Xmas ... |

The key would not work so this morning got one done £148 so now have 2 keys, I bet I never need it now.  |

A full "flush" from a gearbox specialist costs about £300 with gearbox reset, using a Fedauto member.
Thanks for that, the prices never seem to be on the adverts I looked at. |
