Do you know if it's the horn or the alarm horn that would be linked to trying to lock the car with the bonnet or doors open? I'm hoping they're linked to the horn.

The horn on my 58 Fl2 td4, has stopped working. I have checked the fuse (31), within engine bay. That's Ok. Does anyone know where the horn is located for me to test? Any other idea's?

Could you open door again. Flip bonnet. Disconnect you car battery. Then charge car battery. Re-connect it. Try starting it again.
