IMHO what you describe you will be better off getting a boot liner with an extension that flops over the bumper to protect it from scratches, the above is a cosmetic piece rather than practical.

I've orded new 2013 fog light surrounds with the silver rings, only a small out lay compered to your wheels. The wheels look great, put photos on when fitted.
