Is the CCF mod a simple task i.e. use a diagnostic reader and select a box that says premium sound system? Or is it a trip to the local LR dealer!

I already have the two rear pillar speakers and I will get the CCF mod done, I don't have the 6 CD player but understand that it's not required as long as you have the correct DD amp! Very Happy

I was just scanning fleebay when the DD amp suddenly came up so just got lucky, well off to purchase the centre dash speaker tomorrow as I can't find a secondhand one. Thumbs Up

On my quest to upgrade the sound system I have just fitted the front two dash speakers, no real issues just the speaker covers a bit fiddly to take off but with some good old fashioned brute force off ...

Mine had approx 51k no tow bar and was fully serviced and at best had only seen a grassy verge ...... Can anyone beat the mileage before the dreaded diff drone set in? - not a servey just a bit of fun ...

Just out of interest what was the mileage on your FL2 and did it have a tow-bar? As there are varying reports on high/low mileage vehicles with diffs going petetong Rolling Eyes

Had the same issue with mine, resolved with LR002302 rear window jet which includes the o-ring which was the missing culprit and cost all of £6 squid Thumbs Up
