If it's a 3 lane motorway, the person in the middle lane is not blocking the road (unless they're going ridiculously slowly and causing a hazard). ... |

I applied some diy film on the fixed rear windows of my Defender a few years ago - as much to keep down the heat on sunny days as for security.

I sprayed a lot more WD40, and used a pair of pliers to rotate the key back and forth and it gradually started to loosen. |
