OK, OK so after 12 years my freelander 2 finally succumbed to the dreaded faulty bonnet sensor preventing me being able to lock the car without the alarm beeping. Seems to be worse on hot days.

Best price so far is Hunters of Norwich who said £275.00 inclusive. I nearly fell of me seat. Bit of a trek from Chelmsford but possibly worth it to save £148.00 ?
