My FL2 has a bit of oil at the same location on that intercooler pipe also...weird the clamps are tight and no splits in the hose

I can only assume under heavy boost it weeps a bit

Possibly whilst the exhaust was disconnected whilst off road, dust and debris clogged the rear part of the exhaust.
Then when you reconnected it the exhaust was completely cloggged causing the engin ...
