Ah yes, forgot to mention I have replaced both rear tyres and used rudimentary stethoscope on rear wheel hubs (all clear).

Well, it came back and the garage say they checked but 'nothing found'... so I'm non the wiser. How can I check the software levels myself and how do I know if they are the latest?
