| Your money was right. Took it back to the garage and they ran the smoke machine through it and there was a s light leak behind one of the turbo pipes. Resealed the leak and alls well. ☺ |

The throttle body on my 2010 failed in the closed position so the car wouldn't start. Ended up being a pick up and take to the garage. No warning or funny noises, drive onto the drive then no start.

Yes it is a common fault. Mine went at 65k and my extended warranty paid. They also paid for the RNS wheel bearing and the throttle body that failed in the last year.

Had the whine from the back on my 2010 MY XS and put it into the local garage I use.
New Pirelli tyres fitted to be sure but itturned out to be the RNS wheel bearing and the diff bearing (pinion?).
