Yep, we've had the door card off and pulled cables inside, they were all located where they should be as well.

Just spotted this post with a bit of advanced button pushing which cure his Door Locking problem, I think it removes the 'Dead Locking' Function.

Long shot but maybe worth a try do a hard reset by taking the battery terminals off and holding them together for a few seconds leave them off for 20 minutes or so and put them back on you never know. ... |
