I bought one of these from eBay last year, states it fits 2006 - 2014.
Mine is a 2007 model, working perfectly so far, and only £30 complete. A few minutes to fit.

| I have the Thule aerobars and feet which clamp directly on to the roof and they have been absolutely fine. Just buy the second set of feet to fit the Freelander. |
