From what I have been told from within JLR, it will be maybe a little bigger than FL1 but a smaller than FL2. But it will be a proper LR and not a road use only car.

Thanks for the update. Looking at Donnus's profile, theirs is a 2010.
I think there was an update/facelift for the 2011MY (?)

Maybe the undertray changed from plastic to metal at that time?
