Quick heads up. Land Rover at Pickering is selling a new wood effect facia kit and a silver facia kit for the LR2, both auctions are on a buy it now on Ebay for £35 plus postage. At this price, I wouldn't hang about, it's a bargain. From memory, they are over £300. There is also a new bumper guard listed today at a buy it now price of £45. Don't say I don't spread news about the bargains!

I see Chris 8 of 9, don't know if it's one and the same as the member on here, took the silver facia kit.

Was indeed me, not sure if i will use it yet as my interior trim is already silver, I might just use the two trims for the sides of the centre console.

I used the full kit. I wasn't sure myself about the bits by the side of the radio, but put them on, on the basis I could take them off if it looked crappy, but glad I did. They are really eye catching. Likewise the gear stick bit, but it all matches and acts as a guard should it get scratched. Most bits just pop on anyway and no need to use the peel back sticky stuff.

for 1 hours labour (£68.00) at my LR dealer they was easy to fit They will only fit genuine LR products though.

CG did his, as have a few others, I couldn't be bothered for the what they quoted, swapping them is easy though i am going to have to redo one of the rivnuts as one was popped out whilst off roading Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

If your rivnut popped out then you may need a bigger replacement one due to the hole in the car being stretched At work

i was thinking that myself, though looking at the one still attached to my bracket after i had cleaned all the mud off it, it didn't seem to have expanded very much, but i don't know how much they should expand

The danger for Npinks is that Mrs G may show him our holiday snaps from various holiday cottages and hotels around Europe, This will make him want to sell his van and start going on proper holidays.
Then he would find dragging his van back to Ropeys caravan emporium for a refund rather difficult after I had castrated his towbar with the gas axe . I have to admit that is what would happen if he left his car unattended for any length of time in my workshop.

The danger for me as he might fill Mrs G's head with vanist propaganda and she might want to drag me to Ropeys caravan emporium to buy our very own 'luxury' accommodation. Which would lead to my suicide
