yes but CG is an established member of the anti caravan liberation front

Its aimed toward new members, selling items items and not contributing to the forum, join in

I tried to get a minimum 10,000 post required and i could have sole rights to price fix Laughing

A good step forward Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Agreed, I see Martin removed one 'For Sale' from a poster. He may well have been genuine but I certainly wouldn't buy from a One post member and if his sale was successful, what benefit would it have given the forum. Exclamation I'm sure he wouldn't have hung around to give a donation.

Question:
What's the position on "Barter" i.e: I'll give you a Freelander Part xxx if you give me part xyz or do a service, for example transport logistics A to B. In other words not a sale for cash but an exchange for doing something - all of course LR Freelander related.

NOTE: if you feel that you have something to list but it would contravene one or more of the rules ... then do contact me via PM or e-mail to see if/how an exception can be made. I hope that we can be flexible enough to accommodate all, these rules are new to the site and will need to be adapted as they can't yet cover every possible case. So please help make them better

i would only trust a established member with transporting things or swap things, to me its all about trust, and that needs building up

If joe bloggs with his 1 post says i'm heading from gipton to geneva i'll drop off your £500 worth of parts on my way, would you really trust them in doing so

also I think Freel2 courier network is a totally separate thing, anyway its often busy dropping things off at Toeknee's by the sounds of it Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Idea Would it therefore be reasonable to establish a "Forum Header": Freel2 Courier Network - where folks could post items they'd like transporting, or journeys they are about to make where they have capacity to transport something for an established member Idea

Yes, and I did the driving. Her Ladyship was not pleased when she saw who were my travelling companions Wink
