Been looking at swapping the wifes car this week

When I went in, gave description and was told it was within their £3000 min part-ex deal which we'll confirm tomorrow

On way to a dealer with her car today I stopped off to have it washed and whilst the garage was washing it I saw the we buy cars sign and enquired within

Without getting off his chair and a quick tap on the keyboard he offered £1500

Got to the Vauxhall dealers, details, test drive, offer

I was laughing in his face when I told him to stop insulting me with his £700 offer

Kindly told him they had wasted my time and their if that's the game they was playing. Left them with a instruction to sort out a price (albeit on a red one with phone) based on a private sale and a small deposit like I said I would give they came back with a relatively good offer (if the private sale can be done).

Does anyone local work for or have a family member that is eligible for a partner discount with Vauxhall? For friends and family?
