TCM in France

TCM when on my hols was a total waste of time - every warning completely spurious. Was I missing something in the set-up? It was on auto. Freelander 2 SD4 HSE - Ipanema Sand - MD co-pilot - Springer Spaniel in boot - Swift Challenger on the back!

In my experience the announcements and warnings are usually behind the time, ie by the time you get to it it's well over Confused
