How to fix sunroof drain hose?

Just got a small leak from the sunroof, and water seeps along the rubber lining on the top left side and down the a-pillar.

Searched the forum, and found lot's of owners with similar problems, but couldn't find any PDF's or anything that describes the procedure needed to fix it.

Anyone who can share such knowledge? Leopard tank drivers never stop at anything.
