If anyone wants a spare I have two for a lot less than £120 each. One alloy & used tyre (3mm tread) and one alloy only. Neither alloys have been on a car, they were bought as a package for the new tyres only A Land Rover owner since 1988

From a 1974 series III to a 12MY XS FL2 with help of a 1995 D1, 1996 D1, 2005 D3, 2007 D3 and a 2009 FL2.

If you took the picture, then you own the copyright on it.
Personally, send them a nice e-mail, thanking them for using the picture, don't be nasty, and also include a note that you will retrospectively accept payment of £250 and no action for infringement of copyright will be taken.
I doubt you will get any money but it may stop them taking the .

Somebody nicked a photo of mine from a website last year and used it on another website. After a bit of diplomatic corrispondance I was duly paid my asking price of £200 - so its worth a try gstd4-e  2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
