United Kingdom 2008 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black

Iain,

A dedicated wiring loom is one that plugs in any other requires wires to be cut into/joined to the existing wires.

The wireling connects in behind the left hand side pannel in the boot.

I confirm as per Gunfa the side pops off. see below pic as confirmation. (I just pulled it off last night for a quick photo. The complete side comes out with care with no hasle or damage.

thanks very much Ed, very good of you and much appreciated.

with a dedicated loom is a bypass relay not then required ?

and also should a towbar company be able to do all the necessary without doing any damage ?

Iain

As I understand it a bypass relay would be required for all modern vehicles, as such I beleive it is built in to dedicated electrics. Freelander 2 XS 2.2 TD4 Met Black, with Winter pack, 18" alloys with General Grabber AT2 wellies, MANTEC Sump and Tank Guards
