Just booked in for 1st service. Dealer said there are 2 recalls outstanding 1 is fuel tank mounts or similar the 2nd is software updates. Does anyone know what these updates cover? 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

Mine went in for both, the fuel spill rail was fine only a limited number will need anything done. The software updates I think we're for the Stop/Start system. The car was in for an hour including a valet.

Agroman, have you looked on Topix? Google topix /land rover and you can then register, enter your car's VIN and you find all sorts of interesting info including its build date (birthday) and any outstanding jobs (I forget the real term).

Annoyingly my dealer wanted to do the fuel line test a week after I had the car although they had run it for 6 months themselves... don't know about the other as I have an auto.
