Car is a cat d which is not to everyone's taste but for those who don't mind you can get yourself a cheap car.
2007 07 HSE manual with 67000 full LRSH.
Done all the mechaniclas myself and a friend who owns a bodyshop did the repairs, replaced front panel/bonnet /ns wing, repairs to ns doors. No chassis damage of screen.
Full 2011 upgrade with lights bumper LE Sport kit, rear entertainment.
Cost of salvage car £7800
Total cost of project excluding my time-about 40 hrs-just under £14000 on the road, not bad as to get an uncatorgorised vehicle with same mods would set you back around £20000.
I would think I could run this for around a year or so and resell for the same value.

dont like the black strip on the boot although as you have dechromed the rest of the car can understand why you did it - are the tailgate finishers like this on all LE Sport editions? It just doesnt look right. Sad

Don't know if the Le Sport has a black handle or not as I haven't seen the rear of one anyway, just wrapped it with black vinyl to go with the theme.
It tricks the neighbours too right, they all think it's brand new!!
