Sidelight Fuses

Why are there none please? Dos it mean the bulb is the fuse?

They are not listed in any of the 3 locations in the manual

There aren't ones.
The sidelights are FET (Field Effect Transistor) driven and there is no need for a fuse, as the driven electronics is inside protected for shortcircuit.
The same goes for turn signals bulbs, dipped beam, stop lights, rear fog lights, etc.
The only fuses are two fuses for all of the above and separated fuses for main beam, front fog lights and reverse lights. This because these are the most "tuned" ones. Projectors, rear video or parking sensors, etc.
