I have a water leak -I think from the high level brake light fitting.

ah mine does that if i get to close with the pressure washer, seems ok with rain so havn't bothered to pull it to bits,

I did mine a couple of weeks ago after the power wash got through, very easy job. I did a quick fix by putting some masking tape behind where the catches latch, so it pulled it tighter. Never leaked since. |

sounds nice and cheap as fixes go will give it a go, will try and prty off the llight tomorrow. thanks

Second the fiddley plastic cover, took more time trying to get that off than changing the actual light unit |

I had mine changed under warranty. No leaks now.

As I said before I had mine changed a week ago, but now water is coming in from the wash wiper system. I think that the little orifice is not sitting properly on the light assembly. I will go back to the dealers tomorow. Any idea? |

I've noticed on a couple of occasions after rain or washing a small amount of water on the rear load cover. Is this likely to be the high level brake light seal as well? |

Yes that what happened to my MY11 one , started noticing water on the load cover , replaced under warranty , current vehicle ok . |
