Who is MR sturt's Question

Must say that the wheels on the RR would look real good on a White FL2 Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc.

What about this set as fitted on the Showroom thread, perhaps you didn't think the Iffiys were good enough for the showroom Question Whistle

The HSE alloys of course!
I really don't like the wheel in the first pic.

Unless you keep the wheels fitted to the car when purchased from new I can imagine the scene when you go to the Stealer's to P/X.

Sharp intake of breath followed by "Always very difficult to move on a modified vehicle Sir, would have to knock at least a Grand of the allowance."

Never could understand the case for swapping wheels to those from a newer/higher spec model, it fools nobody and LR have designers who spent many hours deciding on the type which best suit the model and I think they got it right for all the various variants.

I believe Mav71 local dealer like the facelifted version Mav did, he certainly didn't say he lost money by doing it

But is it modified Bill, you can upgrade any of the wheel styles to a larger style when you buy it new from LR but I don't think you can down spec to a smaller wheel. You can order the "S" model and spec it with 19" Shadows which the dealer local to me did. Mine was specced from new with 19" against the standard 18" All the wheels on this thread are all LR wheels which can be purchased from any LR dealer and on a new vehicle. With the exception for the football wheels, more money than taste. Rolling Eyes p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
