As you are in the Aberdeen area you might be able to assist with some local info, my wife will travelling to Strichen tomorrow to visit relatives, do you have any idea what the roads are like out there. Relatives are non drivers and have no idea of anything outwith the village.

Fortunately she is taking my Freelander and not her Cooper S which has been absolutely useless in the snow. It is probably down to the runflat tyres as last year when she had a normal Cooper with 15" wheels it was almost unstopable.

Had too look on google maps to find out where Strichen was Embarassed

We're down in Selkirk for Crimbo. When we came down last Saturday, the A90 was mostly 1 lane between Aberdeen & Dundee but it was ok, but then we're in the D3 so all roads are ok to us Mr. Green

My boss lives up that neck of the woods and he was snowed in yesterday waiting for a snow plough to come down his road.

Apart from that, main roads are ok, side roads might be fun though Thumbs Up
