Needs advise!!

is this the correct model for the low beam?

http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/hid-xenon-bul...p-451.html

as for high beam, mine is H11 not H7 for 2011 HSE model. Can this one fit the high beam & fog light?

Main are H7

Handbook states ALL are H11 All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.

thanks for the reply. I took out the headlight cluster to solve the mystery. Indeed the high beam is H7 & the foglight is H11. The crap manual gives the wrong information.

My D1S xenon bulbs has arrived. Need advise on how to replace them. Based on manual say removes two screw on both sides but couldn't locate these screw. Is it by twist & turn & pull out the existing bulb out?

Thanks

hi all! just started having issues with the hid direct bulbs I got....

sometimes when the lights come on only one headlight works?! but by switching them off and on again they both fire up? anyone had this? thinking about changing for these -

osram are a bit more trusted and I'm not sure the cheap ones are that bright?

has anyone tried these led sidelight?

I am on hid bulbs too & at times only one light working after installed. But now the problem is gone after I took it out & reinstalled it back by ensuring the connector sit in firmly.

I have led sidelight, from Hid4U, the problem is that the led lamps are very directional and don't use the reflector very well, in daylight they are barely visible from some angles, much better when it's dark.
If you are not getting the required brightness, it may be worth checking if the reflector is the same for HID and filament lamps, I doubt it is and that may be the issue, reflectors are quite precise in how they get the light through the projection lens, if the filament/arc is in the wrong place it will dramatically affect the light output.
