how to adjust headlamps for Europeam driving?

Planning to drive in France soon, so need to sort out headlamp adjust for European driving. The manual for my 2007 FL2 SE Auto makes this seem extremely simple. HOWEVER, as is so often the case with manuals, my headlamp rear covers do not lok like the picture, nor can I see any simple lever to switch.

So owners out there, dp you know how to switch the headlamp adjustment for driving on right? Or should I use some of those stick-on templates sold all over? Life is not a dress rehearsal!

It's posible that your headlight assembly to not have that tourist lever, like this one here: https://www.freel2.com/gallery/albums/userpics/11448/normal_7.jpg

Then you will need this:

ok

Ok Alex thanks.

So does that mean my manual is referring to a switch on Xenon headlamps only? Life is not a dress rehearsal!

Yes, page 74, title states "Adjusting the headlamps for driving overseas - Xenon headlamps".

The picture above (two posts above - you've been to quick for me, until I've modified the previous post), is taken by Udash who made a conversion from Halogen to Xenon. So his headlight assembly is without lever.
