Are the side steps brackets the sames as the side tube ones? with an extra bracket in the middle

Wondering if i could side step for every day, but still have the option to put the tubes on to protect the sills and would the middle bracket obstruct the tubes Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

brackets appear to be totally different, and by the looks of it the swap round i was thinking of wouldn't be possible

Guess my kids will just have to keep climbing in Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Npinks,

Having fitted both tubes and sidesteps myself, I can confirm the brackets are totally different. The side step brackets have a cut out for the actual step to slide into, a bit like a cantilever.

Nice idea though!

If anyone is interested I got the steps off ebay - genuine new OEM for just over £200..

Cheers
