leaking sunroof?

Well it had to happen sometime, after 18 months of trouble free motoring my FL2 has finaly let me down Crying or Very sad .
Got in Saturday morning and started off down the road accompanied by the sound of sloshing water, looked down in the passenger foot well to see (what turned out to be) about one litre of water going from side to side Shocked .
The interior lineing on the front screen pillar and up to the grab handle were also soaking wet so I'm presuming that the water has come from the sunroof joints/gutters some how.
How come it can start leaking all of a sudden with out warning.

Doing a few searches brought up some issues with the drain holes from the sunroof, can any one shed some more light on the problem?
Is it an easy fix or a dealer job.
3rd service is due in a few weeks so hopefully it can be fixed under warrenty?

Well I had the 3rd sevice done today (LR dealer) and asked them to sort the leak while they were at it, picked it up this afternoon and they say they had sorted the leak (kink in the drainage pipe from the sunroof ?).
Does any one know how to access these drain pipes from the sunroof, the reason I ask is that as a temporary fix to the leak I duck taped all the sunroof joints up and these have not been touched so i'm just wondering where/how they accessed the pipe to sort out the blockage.
And is this a DIY job if it happens again?
Any one got any ideas or had a similar problem.

Thanks guy's
The GTR site was quite helpfull, found a diagram showing the routeing of the drain tubes which seem to run around the outer edge of the sunroof then join a down tube above the B pillar on either side then run back to the C pillar and then down to a point where the pipes drain to an exterier point somewhere.
So it looks as though they are accessed via the removal of the interior trim between the B&C pillars.
Not sure I'd do it myself though! just hope it does'nt happen again.

Now you mention it, mine did have get a soggy roof lining once. The sun roof was in the tilted position during a long run when it started to rain - the lining round the interior light was also very wet.
Closed the roof and it dried out during the night and I never bothered to check to find the reason.

I often drove with the BMW roof open and never had any thing like that happen in 8-years motoring with it. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
