There is a electricaly opperated panorama type glass roof that has a front section that slides opens and tilts and a rear section is fixed.

Although this photo from my gallery is not primally to illustrate the glass roof, you get an idea of what it looks like closed - I am sure you will find someone has a photo with it open.

As above, buy the right rails for the sunroof model there slightly higher so the sun roof can be opened ( they take about 1.5 hours to fit). But there are a bit expensive at around £288.00 from a main dealer. And then buy the buy Thule roof bars and feet pack approx £145, but can be bought for as low as £85 from E-bay. and then you can fit almost anything to them . give this lad a call at [******************] he is very helpful and he can be found on e-bay too. ( good luck) Thumbs Up

I've always wondered what the difference was. How much taller are the sunroof rails?! Will them rails fit onto a non sunroof model vehicle?

sunroof not operating

My HSE's sunroof will not open - just bought it. Any ideas for a fix please? The Disco Forum had a suggestion of recalibration, but I have the fob ignition and not a key to turn to the position 2 to recalibrate....

Things like radio will need reprogramming as will the windows etc, all the info is on here, it shouldn't cause any issues, just search for hard reset and you will get loads of info.
We aren't nerds at all, quite the opposite although we do have some very very knowledgeable members Thumbs Up
