Take that back. There they are Whistle

That's substantial. Interesting to see what an FL2 would look like with it. I take it you are attaching a winch?

It wouldnt fit an FL2 but if super imposed it would be a lot higher up the bumper, much like it is on my d-lander.

Winch is hidden behind the bumper, lurks right at the front of the chassis (its got a 100" RRC/Disco chassis) in front of the intercooler and rad. Mounted to the front end framwork constricuted from clubman 500 50mm tubing at the top end and using large metal plates welded to the chassis underneath. I appear to be addicted to Landrovers...

Quick and dirty. I just lined the creases up with the vehicle.

Sounds like quite a machine. Thumbs Up

IN ENGLISH by Google:
As several tests have shown, the Freelander 2 extreme terrain. However, one needs a solid protection for the frontal subsoil, because sometimes it is essential to drive through area malls with momentum. In addition, reduced for vehicles with independent suspension springs compress when the ground clearance, which can lead quickly to a floor. We have constructed a very sturdy but lightweight front underrun protection from aircraft aluminum. Not for nothing the "Off Road judges" in their test in the Ausgabe10/2008: The Matzker Unterfahrschutzbleche are incredibly well-fitted and wasting an inch ground clearance. In addition, they are extremely stable - we were able to bend any. Which is nothing to add ... The underrun protection is supplied with matt silver finish. For an additional charge of 155.00 Euro, he is available in black. Assembly time 20 AW.

Thanks mate Thumbs Up

The only response I received from Matt Savage: "Thank you for your email below. You will receive a reply shortly."
(= Automatic response).
It's been 1 week without a word from them.
They have lost a future valuable customer.

I thank the German Matzker for good customer service and quick response. LR Freelander2 2,2 Td4 HSE manuel Stornaway Grey (Metallic) & Ebony Black Leather & Sun/Moon-roof & Bi-Xenon & Roof Rails & Tow bar & Body side rubbing strips & Cold climate pack & Privacy glass & NavTeq .
