So tell the forum what dia bolts you need and what length

My brother suggested that his Volvo V50 roof bars would fit as his car also had roof rails

so I roofboxed the two cars and.......

There only the same Thule bars

Problem solved, no need for bolts and stuff I'll just use his Thule ones instead

Just an tip on the whistle.

If you want to avoid cutting the original rubber on the crossbars, you can stuff black foam inside the railing and it will solve the issue. Thats what I did. The foam I am talking about is the one used to insulate water pipes. VERY inexpensive and a great solution.
