Disagree if you like but Any LRE instructor will tell you that Terrain Response on a FL2 is much more important than an autobox for off-road excursions, but together they are perfect In addition TR is great advantage for winter use on asphalt, were as an autobox can only be considered as a luxury in the similar situations. 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. 900 miles? If i had a bright orange car the miles would be WAY lower Good deal mate but I wanted the later spec with colour coded bits, spoiler etc in Silver, black or grey for my MRS..... |

I think I'd rather have the extra 5+mpg the manual gives you. TR is essential - it almost might as well be a 2WD without it, surely?? I'm thinking about a trade in and I'd just get another SE but it no longer exists . Does anyone know the difference between an old SE and a new(er) XS? Don't think I could afford the HSE. |

The wheels on the GS are my favourite and it has a decent spec. I'd certainly have an Auto though. |
