Navigation Fix

Has anybody figured out a way to turn off the safety feature where you can't use it while moving?

It is so annoying considering you are moving 99% of the time you're in the car.

So I presume it will be a code or setting the dealer/indie could fix, though I do t think the dealer would Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
