Thank you and thank you for the prominent positioning!!

We arent holding out much hope - but some hope is better than none! So we are trying to speak to as many people as we can.

As we all know Land Rovers arent just cars (probably why we put up with as much as we do!!! Rolling Eyes )

We are just desparate to find 'Hugh'

So please if anyone can help Thumbs Up 'Freddie' FL2 2007 GS, Sumatra Black, Manual

Hugh is more likely to be in the Gobi Desert where he would probably feel quite at home Cool

Seriously though, very sorry to hear some bar-steward has swiped your beloved, but I do hope somehow you get him back Thumbs Up 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

We suspect somewhere like that too Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Probably had his ticket booked weeks ago.

Of course not that the fuzz know about this or do anything to prevent it or anything Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Because of course a fleet of unpaperworked 4x4s being shoved onto the docks in the middle of the night isnt suspicious at all is it????? An interesting development...

Just a quick update - just when we thought this was dead and buried!!

My other half received an intereting call yesterday:

As well as the Land Rover my other half had 'sensibly' Rolling Eyes left his wallet in the car when it was stolen. He yesterday received a call (via his dentist!!) from a Yorkshire Electric worker who had found his wallet - discarded in a local field under a pylon!!!

Unbelieveable bit of luck!! Who knows there could be some fingerprints (long shot as its been sat in a wet field for months - but you never know!!) Or the potential route it took could be figured out...

Whilst I appreciate we care far more than our local bobbies - who knows!!

Personally I reckon its so unlikely there has to be some fate to it so fingers very much crossed!!! Thumbs Up 'Freddie' FL2 2007 GS, Sumatra Black, Manual

Stolen 90

A friend of mine had his 90 stolen off the drive during the night last year. Police reckon it was Gypsies. Found a big bag of skunk where the car was parked. Apparently, the gyppos nick the car, then the "fence" pays them in dope, which they smoke, and/or sell. Old Bill actually found it in Notts, after chasing 2 gyppos across a barley field, they stopped it and the whole rear of the car had been converted in to a big tank which they had filled with stolen diesel. Re-sprayed red from green, wheels changed, spots/roof rack removed etc to change it's appearance. Serial no's filed off. I believe they nick them and try to get them on a ferry to Ireland ASAP - it then disappears. Best of luck, mate.
