P006A MAP mass airflow correlation

Towing caravan home with under fifty miles to go and bosh... a noticeable deceleration and into restrictricted performance mode. A pig of a drive home thereafter but we got there.

Out with the iCarsoft and up comes the 'P006A MAP mass airflow correlation' error. Cleared and off for a short drive and hey presto, its back again.

Found the culprit - of course, it might be just one of two or more culprit - in the short hose between the throttle body and the hard plastic part of the intercooler hose.

My initial plan is to clean and duct tape it up to within an inch of its miserable life and check normal service is resumed before sending off for the part/s.

Is the short hose section available separately does anybody know or is it the whole top to bottom three piece intercooler hose? There are lots of similar looking short hoses on t'interweb but without a part number...?

(Late 2013 SD4 auto at 54k miles)

First class time away thanks šŸ‘

Split taped up with two or three turns of Duckā„¢ tape, test drive with a vigorous uphill section (where it errored on the pre-repair test drive) and no error.

Now to get the part and permanently repair it.

To close this off... job done and normal performance is resumed with a Ā£12.79* 'repair' hose from https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/232810407896

* I got Ā£3.20 discount with an ebay provided 'code'
