Clutch/ gear linkage problems

Please help I’ve had my clutch replaced on my 2012 fl2 2.2 td4 and now I can’t get reverse when the engine is on, when I turn the engine on in reverse and move it smells really bad of burning clutch, been looking around and maybe it could be something to do with the gear linkage. Got a picture from under the gear lever mechanism and found these shavings, any help would be great.
