NEXUS ND602 OBD diagnostic tool - service reset option US

I've had this tool for a a few years and used it successfully on my previous 2011 FL2 for checking and clearing codes.

When I tried today to use it on my current 2013 LF2 to do the service reset, it kept going to the diagnostic page. Now I'm not sure if this option worked for my 2011 FL2.

I've not found any software updates for this model and I have had no reply form the manufacturer.

Is there anyone else using this Nexus tool and been able to do the service reset.

Yes I know there is a way to do the service reset without a tool.

That’s the way to do it.
Don’t think it can be done via diagnostic
