12volt outputs

Hi, A quick question.

I have noticed when I have left a phone charger plugged into the 12 volt adaptors that when the engine is switched off the power is still being delivered to the charger.

Does anyone have any idea whether the power supply stops after a given time? ---

I think you will find that the front adapter switches off with ignition but the rear is constantly live

Not tested the live 12v sockets but there seems to be some sort of battery monitoring fitted. If you leave ignition on for some time to stop that awfull door open bonging noise then some electrical systems like radio and sat nav shut down and do not re activate until engine as run for some time. still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit
