2013 SE - parking aid alert

Hi all.

Just got my 1st freelander, but I get an error when I start it up and switch to reverse.

"Parking aid alert
Cameras unavailable.
Please contact your dealer"

The thing is, it doesn't have a camera an dit doesn't seems like it had one...

Also, the radio switches off and on after about 20 seconds when it was in reverse.

Any ideas?
