Mine's going in AGAIN this monday to a different dealer this time (the one I bought it from).

Had 4 steering seizures so far the last one very worrying. Intermittent problem.
I am getting to the stage that LR telling me there is no problem with my steering is going to make me sell it.
I don't like passing the problem on but what else can I do? I would prob sell it as a trade in anyway. Confused

Shame, I love the motor, love driving it but don't feel safe, and hate LR's crappy customer service. Big Cry

your not the only one who hates LR customer service snappa

The only reason they are fixing the over heat problem is due to the fact i recorded and showed them it

I looked at a (very) soft offroader - Seat Freetrack. Highly specifications at a reasonable price - Audi/VW Engineering. Will do for my journies cross country in Aberdeenshire winter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Update.
Stratstone in Perth identified my problem and fixed it the same day. New steering rack. It drives like new now.
They fixed that as well as a few other niggles.

So I wasn't imagining the fact that my steering didn't work then?

So it's Thumbs Up to Stratstone and Censored Censored to TnC Aberdeen who told me they could find no fault after 4 days of trying and sent me back out on the road with, in my opinion an unsafe car.

Snappa,

Not sure who you have been speaking to at T&C, but make sure you complain to the after sales manager, if you need his name I'll PM you with it. I complained to him about my 1st service last year and he sorted it out very quickly.
