Absolute Throttle Position and stuttering

Evening all, I’m having a perplexing problem with my 57 plate Td4 I’m hoping somebody can help with. Sometimes from start it will stutter and feel like it’s going to stall. After a few blips of the throttle it clears up, but I can still feel a slight hesitation going through about 1500rpm.

I’ve run the GAP IID over it and there are no stored or pending codes. In live data however I noticed that the “Absolute Throttle Position” is nailed at 84% and virtually never moves when the engine is running except for a dip on the overrun. Encouraged by this I pulled the throttle body but it seems perfect. All the cogs turn freely and have all their teeth. And when I put it all back together I could see the Absolute Position self-cycling from 6% to 87% after switching the engine off, as I believe it should.

Any thoughts on what to try next? MAP, MAF and pedal position outputs all look fine. And is an almost constant Absolute Throttle Position normal???

Thanks
