2012-2014 Grill Fix. Quick fit.

At last, a new product to cover lower panel of grill.
Easy to fit, not perfect but a good result.
On you tube £55.

What's your opinion of the trim? Does it look good in the flesh (plastic)?
Does it look oem or would you realise its an aftermarket trim? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Hi, Bob, sum up as follows,
10 out of 10 for, Paint colour, Paint finish and ease of fitting.
9 out of 10 for, the tops that are not quite in the right position, but I am being very critical here, 99.5% of people would be happy.
Overall I am delighted and a vast improvement, good value for money.

Good to hear, its on my to do list. Considering having my grille frame done gloss black at the same time then the new chrome trim.
My dilemma is, do I paint it myself with rattle cans, get it done by a body shop or get it wrapped? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

My experience of, Rattle Cans, a bit hit or miss. Okay for matching colour when you 1st do the job, but then they do not seem to hold colour and prone to chipping.
Got to go down the, "Wrap" way to get all matching. Be interested to know how much it would cost as although a small area quite a lot of work.

I had my grill fix delivered on Monday, but have not even opened the box yet due to being away with work stuff,

At the weekend I might get time to open the box and even fit it, if it looks ok.

I ordered silver, so lets hope they got that right. Laughing

Difficult to tell from the OLOSTEVE pic if it looks ok, as only shows a small section.
